3-Minute Handstand Strength Routine

Handstands feel impossible to you, because:

Every kick up, you overshoot and fall out or undershoot and fall back.

And when lightning strikes twice - and it rarely does - you kick up into a microsecond of balance, because just the idea of wind is enough to make you tip over.

Here is why:

Like a tree, your balance is determined by your roots.

Weak roots and the tree falls before it achieves its potential.

Strong roots and the tree resist the storm that uproots all other trees.

These tools will make your handstands hurricane-proof.

Too hard? Do the push-ups on your knees, reset to the ground every wall walk, and turn the pulls into just touching the wall with your heels.

What’s next? Practice. Practice. Practice.

Until every gust of wind becomes a microscopic correction,
and every hurricane becomes a demonstration of control.
