Perform 1 round of the following:

60 sec Glued Cut Steps → 60 sec Glued Side Freeze Leg Switches (30 sec per side) → 60 sec Glued Bridge Walks → 60 Rest → 60 sec Glued Flow

Raise your heart rate. Activate your mind. Mobilise your joints.
