Try this 3-Minute Movement Coffee Routine

Perform 1 round of the following circuit:

60 sec Pogo Jumps → 60 sec Bridge Bounces → 60 sec Elevated Bridge Forced Exhales

Raise your heart rate. Activate your mind. Mobilise your joints.
